Delete a business or your account

Remove a business, or close your Chatterbell account.

• Delete or leave a business: profile button → Your profile and alerts → Your businesses. Owners see Delete…, which removes the business and all its chats and tells the team; everyone else sees Leave….
• Delete your account: profile button → Your profile and alerts → Delete your account. Type DELETE and your password to confirm. This also deletes every business you own, with all their chats, and tells your teams.
• If you pay by card, turn off renewal under Plan and billing first.
