Slack, Zapier, webhooks and the API

Send chats to the tools your team already uses.

All of these are on the Integrations page (from Team, except where it says otherwise).

• Slack: click Add to Slack and choose a channel. New chats and customers who need a person appear there, with a button to open the chat.
• Zapier: click Open Chatterbell in Zapier, accept the invite, and connect with an API key. Start Zaps when a chat starts, a message arrives and more. On Business, Zaps can also reply, close and assign chats.
• Webhooks: we send your own system a signed message when things happen in your inbox.
• API: read chats with an API key on Team; reply, close and assign on Business. See the API documentation.
• White-label (Business, on the Chat button page): emails to your customers come from your business name.
