Plans, billing and cancelling

Change plan, update your card, invoices, renewals and cancelling.

Prices are per business, not per person: Free, Starter £19, Team £49 and Business £99 a month. Paying yearly gives two months free. The price you see is the price you pay. See pricing.

• Choose or change plan: profile button → Plan and billing. Upgrades take effect straight away; you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• Card, address and invoices: Plan and billing → Update card, address or download invoices.
• Renewal: we email you before every renewal. Turn Renew automatically off and you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
• If a payment fails: we email you and try again over a few days. If it still fails, your business moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Plans can’t be bought in our iPhone app; use the website.
