No. Each plan includes a number of team members (2, 3, 10 or 25). If you need more on a paid plan, extra people are £5 a month each.
You drop back to the Free plan automatically. We don’t take a card for the trial, so there’s nothing to cancel and nothing to be charged.
The AI steps aside and your team answers until your allowance resets next month. You can buy a top-up of 500 answers for £10 if you want, but we will never charge you automatically.
Your price is locked for as long as you stay on your plan. If we ever change prices, current customers get at least 60 days’ notice.
In your account settings, in two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free. You can export your conversations any time.
Yes. UK businesses pay 20% VAT on top of these prices, which VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim. You’ll get a proper VAT invoice every time.
