Cookies, exporting chats, deleting a visitor’s data.

Cookies: the chat stores nothing in a visitor’s browser until they send a message, so it doesn’t need a cookie banner of its own.
Where data lives: on servers in the UK, with encrypted backups in the EU. See Security and our data processing agreement.
Export: Plan and billing → Your data downloads every conversation as a spreadsheet (CSV) or JSON (from the Starter plan).
Erase someone: open their chat, press the i button and choose Delete visitor and all their chats.
Report or block abusive visitors from the same panel.
