How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Chatterbell, on the website or in the iPhone or Android app.
2. Open Your profile (tap your picture or initials).
3. Scroll to Delete your account, type DELETE and enter your password.

Can’t sign in? Email hello@chatterbell.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your name, email, password, photo, preferences and signed-in phones.
• Every business you own, and everything in it: chats, messages, photos, files, visitor details, AI knowledge and saved replies. Your team loses access, and we email them to let them know.
• Your access to businesses you’ve joined. Those businesses and their chats stay with their owners.

Deleting is immediate and permanent. Deleted data can remain in our encrypted backups for up to 12 months before it’s overwritten. We keep billing records for 6 years where the law requires it.
